Product Instructions:

For hot therapy: Heat for 2-5 minutes in a microwave stove with medium power and 20 seconds intervals for use as a moist heating pad.

For cold therapy: Freeze it in a refrigerator for about 2 hours or more before use.

If you prefer, simply store it in the freezer to use as a cold pack..
